About 323 & Rules

Mission Statement:

"Project 323 is a forum created for two purposes. 1) Discuss topics with others and 2) establish, progress, and broadcast. We use this forum to communicate with friends, or potential friends. Share information, get other opinions or views on a matter. We also use it to help people start a project for anything one might want to do, help them progress, and then help them broadcast their work to the world. Whether it be music, art, gaming, inventions, whatever it may be the community will help you, your ideas and your projects spread across the world wide web. Follow the simple rules of the forum, post regularly, and enjoy your stay."


The rules are simple, follow them and everyone will get along nicely.

Rules

Section I: Banned Content

The following content is BANNED from 323.

1. Links to torrents or other downloadable content.
2. Pornographic images. Moderation jurisdiction is law. Sexy photos are allowed.
3. Links or information related to pirating software, music, etc.
4. Anything that would be considered illegal in the United States court of law. Sorry guys, no CP.


Section II: Site Conduct

5. To report abusive behavior that breaks any rules in any section report via the report feature, or contact an administrator via private message.
6. Keep flaming to a minimal. Especially in the project section.
7. Do not impersonate administrators, moderators nor other users and do not give yourself a misleading title in your forum avatar or signature.
8. You are not required to reply to every single thread and post in a forum, especially in General and Projects.
9. If a topic is more than 90 days old with no recent posts please consider if posting in it is a wise choice. Necro-ing is punishable.
10. Posts that intentionally derail a thread from its original topic are strongly frowned upon in General and Projects.


Section III: Forum Content

11. Do not spam outside of the spam section.
12. The following content are considered examples of spam. Spam is NOT limited to these examples:

* Incoherent posts
* Mindless rabble that leads to nowhere, or posts without a point
* Blatant advertising (these may even be deleted depending on subject matter whether they're in spam forum or not)
* Forum games
* Threads with opening posts that contain little more than a link

13. Try to have some descriptive thread titles that represent the content of what your thread will contain.
14. Do not double/triple/post 8 times in a row. Learn to edit your previous posts if you have something to add.
15. Any spoilers for books, shows, anime, etc. will result in harsh punishment. Mark your spoiler threads and post possible spoiler images in the correct threads.


Section IV: Signature Restrictions

15. Keep your signature relatively small in size. Preferably nothing over 500kb.
16. Your entire signature should be close to a 700x300 frame. Nothing larger please.
